Kudos to Lacey, a young woman who is using her voice to help the voiceless. Cirque Estival is scheduled to make a tour of Newfoundland in June. Lacey says, "As both a resident of NL and an animal lover, I believe we should ban any animal focused circus from our beautiful province.
