For God's sake, how much evidence does he need?
Animal cruelty charges against a Ferryland man were dropped in St. John's provincial court Friday. Gerald Clowe was accused of tying his dog in a remote place, and leaving it to fend for itself. Crown prosecutor Lloyd Strickland said there wasn't enough evidence to convict Clowe.
