A Pit Bull mix named Nala is responsible for saving the life of a blind Cocker Spaniel this past Monday. The unlikely hero is a relatively long-time resident at the Redmond Humane Society. On Monday, Nala was out for a walk with a volunteer for the Humane Society. She began to pull on her leash - something uncharacteristic for her. After numerous attempts to pull her back, her handler finally gave in and let the dog pull him where she wanted to go.
