This is so wrong on so many levels and just another one of the many things that need to be changed. It's difficult enough finding a place to live that's wheelchair accessible, but then to have to give up two of your elderly family members . . . Anyone know of a wheelchair-accessible, pet-friendly apartment in St. John's?
. . . I am looking for a new place to live. For reasons I don't want to mention here. I been avidly searching high and low for a suitable place for Alex & I to live in. Peferably a wheelchair accessible pet friendly place.. with no luck..:( Until Mom found a place for me to live in.. A FULLY accessible 2 bedroom apartment that should be ready for July 1st (I think). Fully wheelchair accessible apartments are difficult to find so when I find one I'd grab it. The drawback to the new independance, its NOT pet friendly :( Like most rental units in St. John's which I don't undrerstand why .. I NEED to find a good home for my 2 babies!! Miko & Lola are both adult cats (both fixed).. This really breaks my heart into a million pieces and I don't know what to do!
